Hyde Beach throws some of the craziest pool parties in SoBe all week long. 3 Juvia
Juvia is a sparkling gem set atop the chains of Lincoln Road. Located in the penthouse of the famed 1111 Lincoln Road parking structure, space offers picturesque views of South Beach from every angle, whether you’re sitting at the counter or on the terrace. Juvia is already one of our favourite places for oysters and brunch, so you might as well throw the view in there, too.

4 La Mar by Gaston Acurio at Mandarin Oriental, Miami
Brickell Key seems to be one of those places kept secret by the locals. It’s a manmade island stacked with condominiums with not much tourist attraction besides a couple of restaurants and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Head to La Mar for a trendy Peruvian brunch, lunch, or dinner service. Sit outside under a canopy with views overlooking the water towards the downtown/ Brickell area. This is best done with one of their signature Pisco Sours in hand.

5 Lido Restaurant & Bayside Grill
Lido couldn’t be more tucked away. Hidden along the Venetian, it really is a place you’d never know was there until someone told you about it. Even once inside the hotel, you’ll need directions through the maze of hedges before you reach the grill and the Intracoastal opens up before you. It’s the perfect casual place for a drink after a spa day or a pit-stop for a small bite on your drive home from work.

This Miami staple may no longer be sporting its original lack-luster, but it still has a damn-good view of the city. Served atop a steaming bed of creamy risotto, the lobster is presented whole and cracked with just enough temptation to still get your hands dirty if you want to.

8 Scotty’s Landing
Located on the Dinner Key Marina, right next to Miami City Hall, Scotty’s offers that casual Florida feeling that only tiki bars and No Wake zones can give. Chow-down dockside on a blackened sandwich and some good ole conch fritters. It’s the perfect place to eat and listen to live music while you look out over the Bay, wet slips, and the comings-and-goings of boats.

9 Tuyo Restaurant
Cresting the Miami Culinary Institute, Tuyo totes a view any architecture lover can appreciate. Buildings include the Freedom Tower, American Airlines Arena, Perez Art Museum, Marinablue, Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Knight Concert Hall- just to name a few. And, this doesn’t include the view of Biscayne Bay. If you’re going to go, the Tasting Menu can’t be missed. With their beautifully plated dishes, you may find yourself taking more pictures of the food than anything else.

10 Verde at Pérez Art Museum Miami
Nothing beats sitting on the patio at PAMM- the early morning rays shining through the slatted roof and hangings gardens- overlooking Biscayne Bay and the MacArthur. It’s the perfect lunch spot. Try the Roast Chicken Club with smoked bacon, avocado, and rosemary aioli, served with shoestring French fries.
