Villa

Villa Miami is the first-ever residential concept from the global hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group (MFG) the creators of Carbone, Sadelle’s, and ZZ’s Club. Located at 710 NE 29th Street, this 58-story super-tower is a collaboration between Terra Group (David Martin) and One Thousand Group (the developers behind the iconic One Thousand Museum). Designed by ODP Architects, the building is instantly recognizable by its copper-colored exoskeleton, a sculptural bronze cage that anchors it to the Edgewater waterfront. As of March 2026, construction has reached the 21st floor, with the building on a steady path toward its late 2027 delivery.

The project features a highly exclusive collection of 70 residences (initially proposed as 50–60), consisting entirely of full-floor and half-floor layouts. This “low-density” approach ensures maximum privacy, with every home offering 360-degree panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami skyline.

Architecture and Interior Design Excellence

While your information mentions a lineage from Bjarke Ingels to Rem Koolhaas, those architects are legendary collaborators of Terra Group on other projects (Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove). Villa Miamiitself was designed by ODP Architects to be a “gemstone” on the water. The tower’s signature look is defined by its cast-bronze exoskeleton, which provides structural support while allowing for wide-open, column-free interior floor plans.

Interiors by Vicky Charles move away from the “white marble and chrome” cliché of Miami, opting for a European Villa aesthetic with warm woods, diamond-patterned stone, and hand-applied plaster. The kitchens are a central highlight, custom-designed by Chef Mario Carbone to be “proper chef’s kitchens” with CornuFé dual-fuel ranges, pasta cookers, and integrated Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances.

Investment and Market Positioning

Villa Miami is positioning itself as the “primary home” of choice for the global elite moving to Miami. By limiting the building to 70 families and offering only large-scale units, it avoids the transient feel of many neighboring towers. The 2026 construction milestone has already spurred a wave of secondary market interest, with the $55 million triplex penthouse recently being unveiled as the building’s crown jewel.
