Developers Russell Galbut and David Martin have refined the designs for their Park on Fifth project to be built on the 500-700 blocks of Alton Road in Miami Beach. The plans will be back before the Design Review Board at its June 4 meeting.
The project includes a 519-ft tower on the 500 block, commercial retail and restaurant space on the 600 block along with a 3-acre public park to be donated to the City. In April, the shell of the old South Shore Hospital was imploded to make way for the new development.
