Waldorf Astoria Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, is a 100-story architectural marvel that will become the tallest building in Florida and the first “supertall” (over 1,000 feet) in the Southern United States. Designed by the legendary Carlos Ott in collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower is instantly recognizable for its “offset cubes” design nine glass volumes stacked and slightly rotated to create a spiraling silhouette.
As of March 2026, the project is in a high-intensity vertical construction phase. Having reached its 60th floorin February 2026, the building is currently moving into its sixth glass cube. With a construction pace of approximately one floor every ten days, the tower is on track to top out in late 2026/early 2027, with final delivery and grand opening scheduled for early 2028.

The “Supertall” Advantage: Own in the tallest residential building south of Manhattan, securing a permanent place in the global skyline.
White-Glove Hospitality: The Waldorf Astoria name ensures a level of service (concierge, in-room dining, valet) that is unmatched in Florida.
Carlos Ott Design: A trophy asset designed by the same architect responsible for the Opéra Bastille in Paris.
Unrivaled Views: Due to its height and positioning, the cubes offer 360-degree, unobstructed views over the Atlantic, South Beach, and the Everglades.
As the project nears its 2026 top-off, the remaining inventory is extremely limited. We specialize in “Cube Selection Strategy,” helping clients understand how the rotation of the building affects the sightlines of specific units. We also provide “Brand Value Appreciation Studies” that track how Waldorf Astoria properties historically outperform non-branded luxury towers in secondary markets.
