Viceroy Brickell Residences

Viceroy Brickell, located at 77 SE 5th Street, is a 45-story luxury residential tower and the first of three towers to rise within the prestigious “One Brickell” master-planned complex (which includes the Baccarat Residences). Developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners and designed by the globally acclaimed Arquitectonica, it marks the return of the iconic Viceroy brand to Miami’s financial district.

As of March 2026, the project has reached its final construction milestones. Having topped off in early 2025, the tower is currently in the finishing and delivery phase. Interior build-outs are complete, and closings are officially underway. First residents are expected to take occupancy throughout Q1 and Q2 2026.
