The Standard Residences Midtown represents the world’s first-ever residential-only project by the legendary Standard International hospitality brand. Located at 3100 NE 1st Avenue, this 12-story boutique tower brings the brand’s iconic irreverent style and “Friends with Benefits” culture to the heart of Midtown. Developed by Rosso Development (Carlos Rosso) in partnership with Midtown Development and Standard International, and designed by the world-renowned Arquitectonica, the project topped off in late 2024. As of March 2026, the building is in its final delivery phase, with closings and move-ins currently underway for its 228 pied-à-terre-style residences.
True to The Standard’s ethos, the building is the first in the neighborhood to allow for a flexible rental program (30-day minimum, 12 times per year), catering to the modern global citizen. The interiors, curated by Urban Robot Associates, reflect a “Parisian-chic meets Miami-cool” aesthetic, with 9-foot ceilings, light-filled open floor plans, and custom finishes that are anything but ordinary.

The building’s design utilizes a clean, modern grid punctuated by the brand’s signature upside-down logo. The interiors feature premium wood-inspired flooring, custom Italian cabinetry, and stone vanities. Kitchens are designed for both efficiency and style, equipped with a top-of-the-line appliance suite and brass accents.
One of the most unique aspects of the design is the lack of on-site residential parking (utilizing Midtown’s shared garage infrastructure), which allowed the architects to dedicate more space to a massive 34,000-square-foot amenity stack one of the largest in the city for a building of this size.

The amenity program is spread across several dedicated floors, focusing on the brand’s core pillars of social interaction, wellness, and “work-from-anywhere” functionality.

As the building enters the secondary market and final developer closeouts, it remains one of the most successful “lifestyle” investments in Miami. Initial launch prices started in the low $500,000s, but with the building now complete and Midtown becoming a primary walkable destination, current market values have seen significant appreciation.

Brand Credibility: First-of-its-kind residential opportunity from a global hospitality icon.
Flexible Living: Ideal for owners who travel frequently and wish to monetize their unit for 30-day stays.
Midtown Centrality: Directly across from Trader Joe’s and steps from over 50 restaurants and boutiques.
Unique Amenity Stack: Includes rare features like an indoor pickleball court and a dedicated karaoke bar.
Move-In Ready: Units are delivered fully finished with high-end interior curation already complete.
