The Residences at 1428 Brickell

The Residences at 1428 Brickell, located at 1428 Brickell Avenue, is a 70-story ultra-luxury tower that is redefining the intersection of sustainability and high-design. Developed by Ytech and designed by Arquitectonica, the building is famous for its “Solar Backbone” a west-facing façade integrated with over 500 photovoltaic glass panels capable of generating 170,000 kilowatts of clean energy annually.

As of March 2026, the project is in a vertical construction phase. Following the official groundbreaking in late 2024 and the securing of a $565 million construction loan from J.P. Morgan in late 2025, the tower is currently rising above its podium levels. It is on track to top off by late 2026, with final delivery and closings estimated for late 2027 to early 2028.
