The Crosby Miami Worldcenter – SOLD OUT

The Crosby, located at 640 N Miami Avenue (also cited as 601 N Miami Ave), is a boutique-scale luxury tower within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter master plan. Developed by a joint venture between Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, and designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa (CFE), the project became a market sensation by selling out all 450 units prior to its groundbreaking.

As of March 2026, the building is in the final stages of delivery. After topping off in late 2024 and finishing exterior glazing in mid-2025, the tower is currently undergoing final inspections and interior “punch-list” completions. Residents and investors are preparing for closings and move-ins throughout the first half of 2026.
