St Regis Residences Miami

St. Regis Residences Miami, located at 1809 Brickell Avenue, is a 50-story ultra-luxury waterfront tower that brings the legendary “Astor Family” heritage to the most exclusive strip of South Brickell. Developed by The Related Group and Integra Investments, and designed by the world-renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), this project is a “pure residential” play meaning no hotel guests, only 152 bespoke private residences.

As of March 2026, the project is in a vertical construction phase. Following a high-profile groundbreaking ceremony in November 2024, Coastal Construction has advanced the tower past its foundation and podium levels. It is currently rising steadily into the skyline, with a top-off anticipated for late 2026 and final delivery on track for late 2027 to early 2028.
