As of March 2026, the project is in the early vertical construction phase. Following the site acquisition and initial foundation work in 2024/2025, the tower has successfully navigated the permitting process for its “supertall” status (reaching 1,049 feet). Construction cranes are now active on-site, and the building is progressing toward its top-off goal in 2027, with final delivery estimated for late 2028 to early 2029.
