Millux Place, located at 239 SW 12th Street, is a boutique 9-story residential condo-hotel development that introduces a “millennial luxury” concept to the Brickell market. Developed by Habitat Group in a high-profile collaboration with the Kazakhstan-based BI Group, and designed by the iconic Kobi Karp, the project blends a mid-century retro aesthetic with high-tech urban convenience.

As of March 2026, the project is in the pre-construction/early site preparation phase. Sales were concurrently launched at the end of 2024 as part of the “Habitat Collection.” Following the securing of construction financing in late 2025, groundbreaking is expected to commence by Q2 2026. The development is currently tracking for an estimated completion in late 2027 to early 2028.
