Lofty Brickell

Lofty Brickell, located at 99 SW 7th Street, is a 44-story luxury residential tower rising directly on the southern bank of the Miami River. Developed by Newgard Development Group and designed by the globally acclaimed Arquitectonica, Lofty is a “next-generation” condominium specifically built to embrace the sharing economy, offering owners “as-of-right” short-term rental flexibility.

As of March 2026, the project is in the advanced stages of vertical construction. Following a significant capital injection in 2025 that accelerated the timeline, the tower is currently approaching its top-off at 574 feet. Interior build-outs for the lower “Resort Collection” have begun, and the project is on track for delivery in late 2026 to early 2027.
