ADI ZILBERBERG | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LUXURY SALES

HUB Miami, located at 525 NW 2nd Avenue, is a 41-story mixed-use tower positioned at the literal “hub” of Miami’s transit and cultural resurgence. Developed by a joint venture of The John Buck Company, Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises, and designed by ODP Architects, this project is uniquely structured to blend Class-A office space with luxury residential living.
As of March 2026, the project is in the active vertical construction phase following its 2024 groundbreaking. With the podium recently topped off in late 2025, work is now concentrated on the residential levels (23–41). The project remains on schedule for a 2027 delivery, targeting the massive influx of professionals and travelers utilizing the adjacent Brightline MiamiCentral station.
