Developed by North Development (a joint venture between Ricardo Dunin’s Oak Capital and the Peruvian firm Edifica), the project is designed by Studio MC+G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates.
As of March 2026, the project has officially launched sales and opened its dedicated sales gallery. The tower represents a major “pivot” from its original 2024 proposal as an 832-key hotel; it is now a 656-unit residential condominium optimized for efficient urban living and the short-term rental market. Groundbreaking is anticipated for Q2 2027, with an estimated delivery in late 2028 early 2029.
