Arquitectonica’s design for the building features a striking, modern silhouette that anchors the corner of NE 1st Avenue and 6th Street. The interiors, curated by Urban Robot, deliver a “coastal-modern” aesthetic that feels like a boutique hotel while providing the functionality of a permanent residence.

Every unit was delivered fully finished and furnished, featuring curated art and high-end fixtures that allow owners to list their units on home-sharing platforms (like Airbnb or the on-site program) without any additional setup.
