Developed by North Development (a joint venture between Oak Capital and Edifica) and designed by Zyscovich Architects, it is the first project in the Domus portfolio to hit the market, offering a blend of hotel-level service and unrestricted short-term rental flexibility.
As of March 2026, the project has transitioned from construction to active occupancy. After topping out ahead of schedule in early 2025, the building secured its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in late 2025. Closings are currently finishing, and the building is now fully operational, welcoming its first wave of residents and short-term guests this quarter.
