Delano Residences Downtown

Delano Residences, located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard, is a landmark 90-story supertall tower that marks the first-ever residential venture for the legendary Delano brand. Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) in partnership with Ennismore and Accor, the tower is designed by the visionary Carlos Ott (architect of the Waldorf Astoria Miami) in collaboration with CUBE 3.

As of March 2026, sales have officially launched. The project is currently in the pre-construction/reservation phase, with groundbreaking estimated for June 2027. This “vertical resort” will rise to 985 feet, making it the second-tallest residential building in Miami, situated directly adjacent to PMG’s other supertall, the Waldorf Astoria.
