Cipriani Residences Miami

Cipriani Residences Miami, located at 1420 S Miami Ave, is the first-ever ground-up residential tower in North America from the world-renowned Cipriani brand. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, this 80-story beacon of luxury is currently the tallest residential tower rising in the Brickell skyline.

As of March 2026, the project is in a high-speed vertical construction phase. Having surpassed the halfway mark (44 stories) in late 2025, the building is currently climbing at a record pace of one floor every three to four working days. It is on track to top off in late 2026, with final delivery and closings scheduled for late 2027 to early 2028.
