888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana

888 Brickell, located at 888 Brickell Avenue, is an ultra-luxury 90-story supertall that represents the first-ever residential venture for the iconic fashion house Dolce & Gabbana. Developed by JDS Development Group(led by Michael Stern) and designed by the renowned Studio Sofield, the tower is a maximalist architectural statement featuring a façade of ivory travertine and matte black steel, topped with an elaborate 24-carat gold-painted crown.

As of March 2026, the project is entering a pivotal phase. Following the opening of its immersive, LED-equipped sales gallery in early 2025, groundbreaking is officially scheduled for Q2 2026. Site preparation is currently wrapping up, and the tower is on an aggressive timeline to reach top-off by late 2027, with final delivery and closings scheduled for 2028–2029.

Architecture and “Fatto a Mano” Design

The tower’s design is inspired by Milanese mid-century modernism and D&G’s “handmade” (fatto a mano)philosophy.
