As of March 2026, the project is entering a pivotal phase. Following the opening of its immersive, LED-equipped sales gallery in early 2025, groundbreaking is officially scheduled for Q2 2026. Site preparation is currently wrapping up, and the tower is on an aggressive timeline to reach top-off by late 2027, with final delivery and closings scheduled for 2028–2029.
