600 Miami Worldcenter, located at 600 NE 1st Avenue, is a 32-story luxury condominium tower specifically designed for maximum rental flexibility. Developed by Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group and designed by Revuelta Architecture International, the project is a centerpiece of the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter master plan.

As of March 2026, the tower has officially topped out (reaching its structural peak in late 2025). Construction is now centered on interior finishing and glass installation. The project is fully sold out from the developer side, with delivery and closings on track for late 2026.
