2200 Brickell

2200 Brickell, located at 2200 Brickell Avenue, is an exclusive 5-story boutique condominium that trades high-rise density for a “human-scale” wellness retreat. Developed by Aria Development Group, Largo, and Place Projects, with architectural design by Revuelta Architecture International and interiors by ODA New York, the building is one of the few in the area to pursue the WELL Building Standard™ designation.

As of March 2026, the project is in the final stages of construction. Having officially broken ground in early 2024, the structure is topped off, and interior build-outs are currently underway. The building is tracking for a Q3 2026 delivery, making it one of the earliest South Brickell new-construction projects to reach completion this year.
