Miami real-estate
Americans love to move. There’s something about a fresh start in a new place that is just part of the American mindset. We are always on the lookout for opportunity and for the next great place to be.
Anyone looking to pull up stakes and set up housekeeping in a better spot would be wise to give Miami, Florida some serious consideration. Miami-real estate offers incredible opportunities in one of America’s most storied and fantastic cities—a place where business, culture, recreation, and lifestyle come together in equal measure to offer the promise of an amazing life to anyone ready to make the jump. It’s the kind of place where dreams really do come true.
We caught up with noted Miami real-estate agent Adi Dotan Zilberberg who, himself, left New York City for better days in the Sunshine State, to get some inside information about what makes South Florida such a perfect place. Here’s what he had to say:
What is it like to work in Miami?
AZ – “Miami real-estate thrives in a city that feels like the world’s biggest small town. While Miami is a major metropolitan area, its close-knit social circles make networking far easier than in most cities. Professionals quickly get to know one another, creating a strong sense of community and collaboration. Whether you’re attending industry events or local gatherings, you’ll find familiar faces and valuable connections that make building relationships and opportunities seamless in Miami real-estate.”
What are the most popular Miami neighborhoods?
AZ – “Miami is a foodie paradise and anyone who loves to dine out will find an endless list of must-try hot spots. On any given evening, locals can choose from the old-school Italian glamour of Le Sirenuse Restaurant and Champagne Bar, the authentic taqueria selections at Taquiza, the high-end Florida-inspired hipster fare at Alter, and many other mouth-watering eateries. Be advised: the temptation to eat your way around town will be real!”
What do Miami people do for fun?
AZ – “The Miami area has no shortage of entertainment and cultural options to make weekends and time off more fulfilling. The Atlantic Ocean and local beaches are the most obvious and inexpensive but Miami residents never suffer from a lack of things to do. Fans of upscale shopping can head to Lincoln Road Mall, architecture enthusiasts can take an Art Deco tour or visit the Ancient Spanish Monastery, and bolder folks can get natural at clothing-optional Haulover Beach Park.
Those in the mood for an emotionally-moving historical experience can spend time at the Holocaust Memorial, which features architectural exhibits, statues, a memorial wall, and a meditation garden. Miami is an active, vibrant place and, as such, keeping yourself entertained is a snap!”
By now you’re probably hungry, ready for some beach time, and wondering why you don’t live here already. Miami is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking an energetic warm-weather lifestyle in a city that delivers the best of everything. If you’re in the market for a new home base, it belongs on your short list.
