The architecture by RSP Architects breaks away from the standard “glass box” by utilizing a staggered, cubic design language that mimics the energy of a growing metropolis. The towers are connected by a centralized “Sky-Podium” on the 9th floor, which serves as the social heart of the project. This level includes not only resident amenities but also office and commercial space, blurring the lines between work and leisure in a way that is uniquely suited to the post-pandemic urban landscape.
