Seven Broadway, located at 75 SW 15th Road (at the corner of Broadway/SW 15th Rd and SW 1st Ave), is a high-design luxury tower developed by Ytech. Designed by the globally acclaimed Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) their first residential tower in Florida the project is a direct neighbor to the upcoming Cipriani Residences and overlooks the lush canopy of Simpson Park.
As of March 2026, Seven Broadway is in the pre-construction phase. Following its unanimous approval by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) in July 2025, Ytech secured a $19.5 million pre-development loan to advance the project. Demolition of the existing structures on the 0.3-acre site is currently wrapping up. Groundbreaking is anticipated for late 2026, with an estimated completion in late 2028 to 2029.
