District 225, located at 233 N Miami Avenue, is a 37-story residential tower that made history as the first-ever condominium project to launch in a formal partnership with Airbnb. After selling out 100% of its 347 units during the pre-construction phase, the tower achieved its final delivery in mid-2025.
