JEM Miami Worldcenter

JEM Private Residences, located at 1016 NE 2nd Avenue, is a 67-story luxury mixed-use tower that serves as a focal point within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter master plan. Developed by the New York-based Naftali Group and designed by the world-renowned Arquitectonica, JEM is distinguished by its wave-like, organic silhouette.

As of March 2026, the project has reached a major milestone: The 11-story podium has officially topped off (February 2026), marking the completion of the foundation, retail, and parking levels. Construction is now moving into full verticality for the residential tower portion. Supported by a massive $465 million construction loan secured in 2025, the project remains on a fast-track schedule for completion in Q4 2027.
