Una Residences, located at 175 SE 25th Road, is a 47-story ultra-luxury waterfront tower that has become a defining landmark of the South Brickell skyline. Developed by OKO Group (led by Vlad Doronin) and Cain International, the building was designed by the world-renowned firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) the same architects behind the Jeddah Tower and Burj Khalifa. Its “yacht-inspired” aesthetic is marked by a dramatic, sweeping metallic curve and floor-to-ceiling glass designed to reflect the sparkles of Biscayne Bay.
As of March 2026, Una Residences has officially reached completion. The building received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in February 2026, and closings and resident move-ins are currently underway. This marks the first new waterfront residential delivery in the South Brickell enclave in over a decade.
