Baccarat Residences

Baccarat Residences, located at 444 Brickell Avenue (official site address 99 SE 5th St), is a 75-story ultra-luxury skyscraper currently under construction at the confluence of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. Developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners, and designed by Arquitectonica, this tower marks the arrival of the legendary 260-year-old French crystal brand to Miami.

As of March 2026, the project has reached a major milestone, surpassing the 40th floor of its vertical ascent. With two tower cranes actively working and curtain wall (glass) installation trailing just a few floors below the active formwork, the tower is on pace to top out by late 2026. The final delivery and grand opening are currently targeted for early 2028.
