A flexible payment plan is available, typically structured as follows:

  • 10% deposit at reservation
  • 10% at contract signing (anticipated Q2 2025)
  • 10% at groundbreaking (anticipated Q4 2025)
  • 10% at top-off (2026)
  • 60% balance due at closing (2027)
